About Us

A Modern Approach to Rehabilitation

Our model combines hands on clinical care with progressive exercise based rehabilitation inside a premium gym environment, allowing us to bridge the gap between treatment and real world performance. By integrating physiotherapy and exercise physiology under one roof, we deliver more comprehensive care tailored to your goals, capacity, and lifestyle.

  • We believe lasting results come from addressing the underlying cause of pain, dysfunction, or limitation rather than simply managing symptoms. Through evidence based rehabilitation and purposeful movement, we help build stronger, more capable bodies for the long term.

  • Every patient receives individualised care, expert clinical guidance, and a structured rehabilitation plan tailored to their goals, capacity, and stage of recovery. Our approach is deliberate, progressive, and designed around meaningful outcomes.

  • Our focus extends beyond short term symptom relief. We aim to restore confidence in movement, improve physical performance, and create sustainable outcomes that carry well beyond the treatment room.

“We built Phyx Rehab to create the kind of rehabilitation space we believed people deserved. A place where expert guidance, purposeful training, and genuine care come together to deliver lasting results.”
