Physiotherapy

Focused care for injuries and conditions affecting muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments. Whether it’s persistent back pain, neck stiffness or joint irritation, treatment combines hands-on therapy, movement correction and progressive strengthening to restore comfortable, confident movement.

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

Designed for athletes and active individuals looking to recover from injury and perform at their best. We treat sprains, strains and tendon issues while guiding safe return to training through performance-based rehabilitation, strength development and movement retraining.

Sports Physiotherapy

Support for people living with ongoing pain that affects daily life and movement. Our approach focuses on understanding the source of pain and gradually rebuilding strength, confidence and tolerance to activity through education, guided exercise and tailored rehabilitation.

Pain Management

Specialised treatment for temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction and facial pain. We address jaw clicking, clenching, grinding, facial tightness and associated headaches through hands-on therapy, postural correction and targeted exercises.

Jaw and Facial Physiotherapy (TMJ)

Deep tissue massage targets deeper layers of muscle to relieve persistent tension and stiffness. Using slow, focused pressure, treatment helps release tight areas, improve mobility and reduce discomfort caused by stress, posture or repetitive movement patterns.

Deep-Tissue Massage

Sports massage helps active individuals recover from training and reduce muscle soreness. Treatment focuses on tight muscles to improve circulation, support recovery and keep the body moving freely during exercise, sport and regular physical activity.

Sports Massage

Dry needling is used to release tight muscles and trigger points that contribute to pain and restricted movement. Fine needles are inserted into specific muscles to reduce tension, improve blood flow and encourage muscle relaxation and improve movement.

Dry Needling

Cupping therapy uses gentle suction to help improve circulation and release muscle tightness. The technique lifts soft tissue slightly, helping reduce stiffness and support muscle recovery after exercise, prolonged sitting or repetitive daily activities.

What to Expect

Initial Appointment:

Your initial physiotherapy consultation is designed for new patients or anyone experiencing pain, injury or changes in movement. During this session, our physiotherapists take the time to understand your symptoms, assess how your body moves, and identify the underlying cause of the issue. From there, we develop a personalised treatment plan aimed at reducing pain, restoring movement and helping you return to daily activities with confidence.

Subsequent Appointment:

Follow up sessions allow us to continue progressing your recovery while adapting treatment as your body improves. During these appointments we reassess movement, address any remaining symptoms and progress your rehabilitation with targeted treatment and exercise. The focus is on building strength, improving mobility and ensuring long term results so you can move and perform at your best.
