Active Ageing

What to Expect

Initial Appointment:

Our initial consultation is designed for older adults looking to improve their mobility, strength, balance, or overall wellbeing. Whether you're managing a chronic condition or aiming to stay active and independent, our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists will assess your current abilities, discuss your goals, and develop a personalised plan to support safe and effective ageing.

Subsequent Appointment:

Ongoing sessions provide tailored one-on-one support to help you build confidence and make meaningful progress. Your physiotherapist or exercise physiologist will monitor your progress closely, adjust your program as needed, and guide you through exercises and strategies designed to enhance your function, mobility, and quality of life.
