Hypermobility/EDS Pain

Hypermobility/EDS Treatment at Phyx Rehab

At Phyx Rehab, we understand that hypermobility and Ehlers–Danlos Syndrome (EDS) can present unique challenges, from joint instability and chronic pain to fatigue and reduced physical capacity. Our approach focuses on improving joint support, muscle strength, and movement control to help you maintain stability and function in daily life. Through tailored, evidence-based exercise programs, we work to reduce injury risk, improve confidence in movement, and support your long-term health and independence. We take the time to understand your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals so we can create a plan that fits you and adapts with you over time.

Personalised EDS Management

Every case of EDS is different. We take the time to understand your symptoms and lifestyle to create a treatment plan that supports you.

Regaining Confidence in Movement

EDS can make simple tasks feel difficult. Our approach helps restore mobility, improve strength and rebuild confidence in everyday movement.

Addressing the Cause, Not Just the Symptoms

We go beyond symptom relief to address the root causes of your EDS, focusing on posture, strength, habits and long-term results.
